• Our group will be educated on every step of the process, how the cacao seed is grown, harvested, fermented, dried and finally sorted.
• We’ll see chocolate seeds processed in equipment that is unique to this facility and Bitzel’s Chocolates is the only manufacturer in the U.S. to utilize this machinery in their production.
• Bitzel’s Chocolates is the largest producer of delicious Ruby Chocolate in the U.S.
• In addition to manufacturing artisan chocolates, Bitzel’s Chocolates also produces onsite the only continuously churned gelato in the U.S.
