DESCRIPTION:Ray Bitzel\, CEO\, and the Bitzel’s Chocolate team open their brand new facility to Next Generation Manufacturing on Tuesday\, June 11th!REGISTER \n\n\n\nJoin us for a tour of this unique facility that incorporates every step of creating delicious artisan chocolates under one roof.  Details include: \n\n\n\n\nOur group will be educated on every step of the process\, how the cacao seed is grown\, harvested\, fermented\, dried and finally sorted.\n\n\n\nWe’ll see chocolate seeds processed in equipment that is unique to this facility and Bitzel’s Chocolates is the only manufacturer in the U.S. to utilize this machinery in their production.\n\n\n\nBitzel’s Chocolates is the largest producer of delicious Ruby Chocolate in the U.S.\n\n\n\nIn addition to manufacturing artisan chocolates\, Bitzel’s Chocolates also produces onsite the only continuously churned gelato in the U.S.
